Things You Should Avoid On Your Honeymoon
You all will agree that honeymoon is one of the most exciting parts of getting married. It is the awesome vacation that follows after all that madness! It is very much different from any average vacation as it holds so many expectations such as limitless excitement, fascinating adventure, and unparalleled romance. Plus, it would be the first time when you and your other half would be out in the world as a married couple! We previously discussed how to plan a honeymoon, now, here is a list of things you should avoid there. To make this honeymoon the most memorable time of your life here are some common mistakes you and your partner should avoid during your honeymoon:
Being too much on the phone
We know you want to keep your social media updated with all those honeymoon pictures. But, trust us, Instagram is going nowhere! All those pictures and boomerangs can wait. Just live in the moment, click some pictures but don’t get engrossed in your phone all the time. Also, checking who has seen or liked your pictures or stories should be avoided. This can also be a major turn off for your partner, so you should totally avoid it!
Early Morning Flights
We know you and your partner would be excited to explore a new place. But you should and not leave for your honeymoon the very next morning after your nuptials. This would be very exhausting, especially if you plan on taking an early morning flight. Even during your honeymoon, avoid early morning flights as lack of sleep would make you really tired.
Not thinking about allergies
You will be visiting a new place and try new things such as couples massages, new exciting looking dishes or sign up for a crazy, adventure through the wilds of a jungle you’ve never heard of. In all that excitement don’t forget about your allergies along the way. If you do have an allergic reaction on your trip, get the help as quickly as possible. Also, remember to pack an emergency EpiPen or anti-allergic medications you may need during the trip.
Staying in your Comfort Zone
We totally understand safety is extremely but should leave your boundaries and try something new. Honeymoons are all about rest and relaxation, but it should include something more exciting. Make sure you spend at least some time exploring what the area has to offer, like trying local cuisine or taking a hike on a nearby trail.
Forgetting keeping a check on the weather
It is really important to be aware of the weather of your honeymoon destination. If that place is too then pack your woollens. Also, if it is a location where it rains too much, you’d rather choose a later date or probably change the location.
We hope these tips will help you to have a comfortable and fun-filled honeymoon! Sope… Happy honeymooning! 🙂
